    Our waitress Tracy was amazing. Very fast and funny. Great personality. Food was good. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the air conditioner was broken, and it was about 90° in there. She told us how one of the girls working there had already gotten sick due to heat. Apparently the manager refused to close the store. This is an absolutely disgusting way to run a business, and it's abhorrent to treat your valued employees this way. The complete lack of empathy is appalling. I feel awful for all the employees.

    Tracy was the best. Very friendly with our little kids. Went above and beyond to have a wonderful experience. Thank you, we look forward to our next visit!

    Neat, clean and friendly staff. Really great ice cream. Recommend Brookie sundae with caramel cashew turtle. Yummy!

    We went in for ice cream and it was delicious! The interior was clean and the service was fast and friendly and the prices were excellent for the massive portions

    Service was slow and servers paid no attention to customers, even the manager ignored me and walked the other way when I was trying to get the chec. I love Newport creamery but this location was disappointing.
